Under the New Moon in Virgo, we gather in Alchemical Dreamspace to explore the sacredness of the lives we are here to live, and the rituals, structures, and acts of devotion that allow us to tend to them.
Coming from the energies of Leo, we have been invited to reconnect with our inner light, our creative expression, our inner child, and the ways we are being called to lead and shine more unapologetically.
How may what has been awakened within us be filtered through divine structure, so that it can be integrated into the way we live our everyday lives?
If our life is a ceremony, what are the rituals we are being called to create in devotion to it?
This New Moon invites us to plant new seeds around the ways we tend to ourselves and our lives, not through rigid structures or routines, but through practices that honour what is sacred to us and support the life we are here to experience.
It is an invitation into devotion.
To create rituals that honour our bodies as sacred vessels. To give our dreams, desires, gifts, and inner light something tangible to root into. To find the sacred within our everyday encounters and experiences, rather than only in the extraordinary.
We begin our evening sitting with the heart-opening medicine of Mama Cacao, allowing ourselves to soften and tune into what is present within the heart space. Alongside her, we will journey with the dreamy spirit of Blue Lotus, supporting us in entering a liminal dreamspace where we can move beneath the thinking mind and listen to what is present within the deeper layers of ourselves.
From here, we will move through a New Moon ritual, reflecting on the seeds we are ready to plant and the rituals and structures that can support what we are choosing to cultivate.
You will then be guided into an inner journey, supported by vocal activations and frequency, allowing what has been received to move beyond the mind and into the body.
We close with a gentle sound journey, creating space for rest, integration, and all that has moved through us to settle.
This is an invitation to create a life that feels like ceremony as we learn to meet the ordinary with presence, reverence, and devotion. And to create the structures that allow what is sacred within you to become part of the life you live.

There is a divine order that exists within us - a natural equanimity between the many different parts of who we are, the way we express ourselves, the way we trust our inner wisdom, the way we care for and tend to our being, and the way we move through our lives.
And yet, there are moments when certain parts of us move away from that centre.
This Psychedelic Breath® journey is an invitation to recognise where things may no longer feel centred within us, and to enter a safe space of exploration where we can meet these different parts of ourselves through the breath.
Where have we moved out of balance? What parts of ourselves have been given too much space, while others have been asking to be heard? Where are we being invited to trust ourselves more deeply, express ourselves more fully, or tend to our being with greater care?
Through this journey, we will breathe life back into these different parts of ourselves to offer them the space to be felt, witnessed, and brought back into relationship with the whole. And from there, we explore what becomes possible when we return towards equanimity.
What beauty can emerge when the different parts of us are allowed to exist in harmony? What magic becomes available when our inner world finds its own divine order?
Because divine balance already exists within us, and perhaps we’re here to create enough space to remember it. And to experience what can be expressed through us when the divine within is felt in a state of equanimity.
Psychedelic Breath® is a transformative breathing method that blends ancient yogic breathing techniques, modern neuroscience, and electronic music. This practice is designed to guide you into non-ordinary states of consciousness, where you can release emotional blockages, access deep clarity, and connect with your inner truth.
The word psychedelic comes from the Greek psyche (soul) and delos (to reveal) – meaning, to reveal the soul. And that’s exactly what this journey is about: stripping away the noise, the conditioning, the layers that have kept you from seeing and feeling yourself fully.

Yes, I do. My main group gatherings are in person, and my 1-1 offerings are virtual unless it’s a private gathering/ceremony.
For in-person sessions, I offer mainly in Singapore, and occasionally in Manila.
